Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at Sciens Building Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling preventative maintenance inspections, and dispatching technicians as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field customer calls, analyze issues, and determine the best course of action.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
  • Dispatch technicians as needed and follow through to ensure resolution of all situations.
  • Generate and monitor internal and external correspondence regarding service technicians.
  • Perform pricing of labor and/or materials according to contract requirements.
  • Prepare subcontract work orders for invoicing.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to five years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
