About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our rural healthcare sales efforts across the Twin Cities Metro, Mankato, and Northern Iowa regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, including County Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Social Workers
  • Engage with community organizations and healthcare workers through calls, meetings, events, and outreach initiatives
  • Meet with prospective residents and their families to provide comprehensive information about our care services

  • Facilitate the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents into our communities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in Assisted Living, Sales, Case Management, or Social Work is ideal
  • Strong alignment with our organization's mission and operating philosophies
  • Familiarity with DHS guidelines for customized living and residential care services
