Department Overview:

The Department of Dermatology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a talented dermatologist to support our mission of innovation and excellence. Our expanding facilities and collaborative culture drive world-class medical care for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

We are looking for a board-certified/board-eligible dermatologist with demonstrated clinical and/or scholarly achievement, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for teaching and research. The ideal candidate will contribute to the department's vision, upholding the organization's mission and values. Key responsibilities include patient care, research, and training residents, fellows, medical students, and undergraduate and graduate students.

You will have the flexibility to focus on general dermatology or explore interests in specialty and multi-disciplinary clinics. Our department offers comprehensive dermatologic care, serving Ohio and beyond, with a state-of-the-art 830-bed Hospital Tower, a biomedical research tower, and a Health Sciences building. You will be supported by many outstanding clinical, research, and educational resources, including substantial expertise in imaging technology innovation, artificial intelligence, and health services research.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We require an MD, DO, or MD/PhD, completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology, board eligibility/certification in Dermatology, and licensure in the State of Ohio. The ideal candidate must possess a strong commitment to the diverse and inclusive culture of the College of Medicine, the Medical Center, and the University.
