Facility Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Solutions Manager to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. This role is ideal for sales and management professionals looking to grow their career in the building maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving business growth and account expansion.
- Create and implement effective service strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Negotiate agreements for additional services, determining pricing, staffing, and logistics.
- Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, contract management, and performance verification.
- Ensure exceptional quality and client satisfaction through site inspections and follow-through on promises.
- Oversee night managers, ensuring execution of client strategies and correct service delivery.
- Maintain adequate internal and external staffing to meet client needs.
- Promote and procure supplies for clients, monitoring usage and costs.
- Communicate client issues with contractors and operations leadership, addressing problems promptly.
- Utilize CRM software for client inspections, adding charges, routing, and other activities.
- Schedule non-routine activities in client facilities using Outlook.
- Update and maintain Building Information Sheets, FSM Summary Sheets, Exhibit A's, and MSDS sheets.
- Notify sales executives of potential accounts, especially new construction.
- Discuss quality control surveys with clients, encouraging responses.
- Communicate survey results to directors, night managers, and contractors.
- Develop and implement plans to resolve client complaints or deficiencies in service, monitoring compliance.
- Approve night managers' and service representatives' pay sheets, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist accounting in collecting clients' past due invoices and payment invoices for contractors.
- Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planners for each client.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and management in building maintenance, facility management, or a related field.
- A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
- A positive and outgoing personality, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM databases.
- Reliable transportation.
