We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our program management team at NWSDS. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in supervising staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and promoting excellent customer service.

As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing daily supervision of staff within your assigned program area, ensuring that service delivery meets Agency mission, values, and regulation expectations. You will also coordinate staffing coverage and task completion, approve leave and time sheets, and conduct monthly supervision meetings with assigned staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven (7) years of equivalent combination of education and/or experience, including three years of related experience, one of which should be in a supervisory or lead capacity. They will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under adverse situations.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $56,560 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes 100% paid medical/dental for employees and 90-98% for dependents, generous paid-time off, Public Employee Retirement (PERS), Employee Assistance Plan, Long Term Disability, and great culture.

This job is performed in the office and in the field, requiring regular sitting, talking, hearing, computer use; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds. The candidate must understand, follow, and provide verbal and written instructions in English.
