Job Description
- Support the Quality Manager in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System.
- Perform customer representative duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
- Participate in regulatory and customer audits of the QMS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Four-year technical degree in Engineering or other technical field, and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to relay technical information to a wide audience.
- Good working knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100.
- Adept with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
