Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist

Consolidated Metco is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Associate Inspector to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting visual inspections and performing various quality control tasks.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $19.00 per hour, ranging from $39,200 to $41,600 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections of parts on the production floor to ensure they meet specifications
  • Perform quality control checks and approve materials by confirming specifications and rejecting unacceptable material
  • Identify non-conforming parts, segregate them, and document deficiencies according to work instructions
  • Communicate with supervisors and quality managers about questionable non-conforming parts
  • Maintain, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation devices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of experience as an inspector or in a manufacturing environment, or other comparable experience
  • Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
