- Direct the functions, development, and implementation of quality assurance programs.
- Provide analysis that supports key business decisions.
- Develop and train members of the quality assurance team.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Implement and maintain quality standards to meet customer needs.
- Conduct and maintain quality assurance audit results and statistics.
- Collaborate with quality personnel to address issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Project Management and Communication
- Manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results.
- Oversee projects while engaging with various members of the organization and customers.
- 5-7 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the quality/manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Strong mathematical background required to compile statistical data.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
