Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Choctaw Global. As a LCSW, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and their families.

Job Summary:

The LCSW will work closely with the USSOCOM Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) team to provide clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management and consultation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, with experience working with military personnel and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral health services to SOF and their families, including individual, group, and family therapy
  • Conduct case management and consultation services to support the health and well-being of SOF and their families
  • Collaborate with the POTFF team to develop and implement clinical services and programs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in behavioral health services
  • Maintain accurate and current records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Ability to obtain and maintain either a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Minimum of two (2) years' CURRENT experience (post issuance of clinical licensure) in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting
  • Experience working in a government setting, such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF, is preferable
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior military and/or SOF experience
  • Experience working in a Government setting, such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
  • Prior experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment
