Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Behavioral Health Specialist. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to clients
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as needed
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records

Requirements:

  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Ability to obtain and maintain either a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior military and/or SOF experience
  • Experience working in a Government setting such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
