Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Choctaw Global. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing state-of-the-art, professional services to support the physical and behavioral capacity and resilience of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Warriors and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to SOF Warriors and their families.
  • Develop and implement behavioral health programs to promote physical and behavioral well-being.
  • Collaborate with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
  • Participate in military-specific training and activities, such as security clearances and PTSD screening.
Requirements
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Minimum of two years' current experience in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior military and/or SOF experience.
  • Experience working in a Government setting such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF.
  • Prior experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment.
