Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in Psych Social Services. As a Social Worker, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals and participate in patient care conferences.
  • Document patient information and complete necessary reporting in accordance with departmental standards and regulations.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
  • Perform discharge planning and work in a safe and alert manner.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
  • No experience required.
