Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathology Assistant to support our young patients in their journey towards improved communication skills. This role involves implementing treatment plans developed by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with a licensed speech-language pathologist to deliver effective speech and language services.
- Execute care plans that address speech and language disorders in a home environment, as directed by the supervising professional.
- Monitor and document the patient's condition, reporting any significant changes to the supervising speech-language pathologist promptly.
- Adjust care strategies as necessary, based on the guidance of the supervising speech-language pathologist and the client's physician.
- Engage in discussions with the supervising speech-language pathologist regarding the patient's progress and treatment responses.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in communicative sciences and disorders is required, along with proof of completion of necessary clinical hours.
- Current licensure as a speech-language assistant is mandatory, including the maintenance of observation and supervision records.
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or home health setting is preferred.
