Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining SAP design and technical specification documents, performing requirements gathering, business analysis, system testing, documentation, and end-user training. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the analysis to validate requirements and scope, assist in effort estimation, and develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows).

Key Skills

Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents;
Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, system testing, documentation, and end-user training;
Participate in the analysis to validate requirements and scope, assist in effort estimation;
Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document ABAP code used in RICEFW;
Create use cases, user stories, and other requirements/specifications artifacts;
Experience with programming in SAP ABAP 7.4 in S4 HANA, UI5/Fiori, SAP BTP, RAP;
Proven track record in making delivery commitments, managing customer expectations, and delivering on commitments.

Preferred Skills

Perform at an extremely high level of technical competence and maturity under pressure;
Experience in troubleshooting complex systems and performance testing and tuning;
Thrive in a fast-paced working norm and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously;
Ability to work collaboratively with others (including key stakeholders within and outside the team both onsite and offshore) and navigate complex decision-making;
Effective time management, organizational, planning, and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and global environment to construct quality deliverables from minimal definitions and to work on multiple assignments simultaneously;
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - able to convey complex blends of business and technical matters to a range of audiences.

Experience Required

5+ years of experience with SAP ABAP programming and full SAP life cycle S/4 HANA implementation experience;
Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.

Bachelor's Degree
