Job Title: Project Engineering Manager

Join Inspyr Solutions as a Project Engineering Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams to deliver complex subsea and surface projects, ensuring high-quality standards, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to the engineering team, ensuring designs meet all project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with Inspyr Solutions' quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, reviewing and approving cost estimates, change orders, and invoices to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team, identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent within the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with experience in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and constant change.
Work Environment:

As a Project Engineering Manager at Inspyr Solutions, you will spend a minimum of 95% of your time in an office environment. Rare potential shop exposure if visiting that work environment for short periods of time which requires lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and some climbing. Fast-paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change.

Physical demands: Office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, walking, and some lifting. Some potential exposure to possible shop hazards when visiting the shop/field environment that includes high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic. Frequent sitting and operating a computer and meeting with customers.
