Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Therapist to join our team at Teamwork Speech Therapy Inc. in the Oakland, San Leandro, Berkeley, and Hayward Bay areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality early intervention services to children aged 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Collaborate with parents and care providers to develop strategies promoting their child's unique development.
  • Set and track children's goals in accordance with Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
  • Maintain open communication with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and case managers.
  • Evaluate and consult on children's developmental progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Child Development, Psychology, Special Education) or relevant experience.
  • Able to travel to multiple worksites and client homes; reliable transportation required.
  • Valid California driver's license with insurance and a clean driving record.
Salary and Benefits:
  • $45-$65 per hour or $85,000-$110,000 per year.
