Job Overview

Centria Autism is seeking a Child Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. Your primary responsibility will be to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You must be patient, understanding, and able to work effectively in a team environment. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped to support each child, regardless of your prior experience. This role requires flexibility and the ability to handle unexpected situations, as working with children can be unpredictable. Our clients engage in various physical activities, so you must be comfortable moving in different positions and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
