Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, including fuel transactions, food preparation, and Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive bending and reaching.
