Responsibilities:

* Handle high volumes of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize web-based tools to communicate with customers and demonstrate proficiency in typing and grammar
* Monitor and troubleshoot parking access revenue control system (PARCS) devices and supporting systems
* Make financial decisions to protect and collect revenues and adjust customer accounts
* Assist supervisors with special projects and perform miscellaneous assigned duties

Requirements:

* At least 1-2 years of experience in call center, customer service, or accounting with problem-solving and multitasking skills
* Advanced computer skills, including use of Word, Excel, and web browsers
* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Flexible availability
* Ability to train and mentor
* Prior call center and accounts payable/receivable experience
