Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Carlisle Nursing & Rehab in Carlisle, PA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized nutrition plans of care for residents and patients.
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective nutrition interventions to promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Provide education and training to residents, patients, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care delivery processes to ensure clinical excellence.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) certification, as required by the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian preferred.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable.
