About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Engineering Manager to join our team at Civil Core Consulting. This individual will be responsible for managing site/civil services for private land development projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee design tasks, including preparing complex construction documents, and performing site-specific design tasks.
  • Lead the project team to ensure coordination of design effort and schedule to ensure project completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and other consultants to ensure project goals are met.
  • Prepare written correspondence and proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college.
  • 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
  • Knowledge of local city, county, and state land use processes and regulations in New York or New Jersey.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D skills with the ability to design site layouts concept through completion.
Compensation

Civil Core Consulting offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience.
