Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and be able to create high-quality designs using AutoCAD LT, Revit, and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop structural drawings and designs for residential and commercial structures, including foundation plans, framing plans, sections, and details.
  • Perform job site observations and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Demonstrate our company values of integrity, quality, dependability, and client-first service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • EIT certification (required) or PE license (preferred).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD LT, Revit, and BlueBeam.
  • Strong understanding of load paths in structures, timber, steel, concrete, and lateral design.
  • Familiarity with International Residential Code (IRC) and International Building Code (IBC).
