Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct national and local land development projects, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing consistent communication.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in civil engineering or land development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and stormwater modeling.
  • Experience directing junior staff in project execution.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
