Join Our Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chromatography Process Optimization Lead to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI). As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing process steps for a wide variety of biotherapeutic constructs.

In this role, you will work closely with key scientists to identify and solve problems in a fast-paced laboratory environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining written records of all experimental work in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices.

This is an onsite role located in Andover, MA, with a schedule of Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong educational background in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or other related discipline, and a bachelor's degree is required. Experience with bioprocess technology and biologics purification using chromatographic and filtration techniques is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize process steps for biotherapeutic constructs
  • Solve problems in a fast-paced laboratory environment
  • Work closely with colleagues to support product development optimization
  • Maintain written records of all experimental work in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or other related discipline
  • Experience with bioprocess technology and biologics purification
  • Familiarity with laboratory process development equipment and supporting software
