Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in children.
  • Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting activities and materials to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues through regular updates and progress reports.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that reflects the center's high standards.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
Compensation and Benefits

$20-$24 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and training & development opportunities.
