About Our Audit Services:
The auditing and attest engagement services form the foundation of our firm. Our audit and advisory team possesses the expertise required to instill confidence in financial information among stakeholders. We provide a range of services, including audit, review, compilation, and other agreed-upon audit procedures tailored to various client sizes and sectors.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the engagement team in planning and executing audit, review, or compilation engagements to deliver exceptional client service.
- Oversee daily operations of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusions.
- Provide guidance and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors while fostering open communication with the engagement partner.
- Collaborate with team seniors, supervisors, and partners to resolve client issues and recommend solutions for any legal, regulatory, or accounting challenges that arise.
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements with various teams to meet client deadlines efficiently.
- Create and monitor engagement budgets to identify and address any inefficiencies during the audit process.
- Conduct constructive discussions with team members regarding their evaluations and provide appropriate guidance.
- Participate in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA license.
- Experience auditing technology clients, SPACs, or a generalist background with various commercial clients.
- A minimum of 5 years in public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring abilities, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary based on client assignments.
