NICU Nurse

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a skilled NICU Nurse to join our team. As a NICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient and family.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and social workers.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
- 1 year Nursing experience in NICU.
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.
