Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Everett, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Level II or Level III NICU experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
