Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a NICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Current National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
  • 1 year Nursing experience in NICU.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.
