Job Title: Jewelry Designer

At Talbots, we're seeking a talented Jewelry Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating innovative product designs that align with our seasonal vision and brand aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design all jewelry styles, including sketches, revisions, and tech packs for approximately 150 styles per season.
  • Approve and provide feedback on all styles at various product lifecycle milestones, handling multiple seasons simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Sourcing teams to set seasonal frameworks and ensure creative ideas and business goals are aligned.
  • Research global, domestic, and competitive markets to identify new trends and techniques.
  • Prepare trend presentations for factories, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or Design.
  • 7+ years of Accessories experience with an emphasis on women's categories.
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Superior sketching ability with strong Illustrator skills and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of CAD design is a plus.
  • Experience working in PLM and MS Teams is a plus.
