About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a post-acute care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting good health practices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and analyze medical records
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests and X-rays
  • Determine accurate diagnoses and illnesses, proposing effective treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
  • Prescribe medications as needed, maintaining accurate records and schedules
  • Communicate with patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications, educating them on diseases, epidemics, and prevention
  • Oversee patients' overall health, promoting good health practices and advancing professional knowledge through research
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a skilled nursing environment
  • Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices
  • Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, strong ethics, and a positive attitude
  • Valid nurse practitioner license and Master's degree
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on productivity performance and paid as a 60% percentage of collections.
