IS THIS YOU?

In your role as a full-time Educational Support Counselor, you will engage in individual and group counseling sessions, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges with compassion and skill. You will work closely with staff and families to develop effective intervention strategies, providing crisis support when necessary, while ensuring accurate and confidential client documentation. Your efforts will guarantee comprehensive support for students, adhering to established policies and schedules. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (social work, counseling, or psychology)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to school policies and schedules
  • The ability to work both remotely and onsite as required
  • A license or progress towards licensure/certification

Experience in an educational environment is preferred but not mandatory.
