About the Role

Amazon Advertising is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue for our advertisers.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our advertisers to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and developing recommendations to drive revenue and improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue for our advertisers
  • Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and developing recommendations to drive revenue and improve campaign performance
  • Working closely with our advertisers to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years experience in digital advertising, product marketing, consulting, business development, and/or other customer-facing roles
  • Experience with digital media/marketing strategy, data analysis and data analytics & visualization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in digital or hospitality marketing
  • Experience in Omni-channel Marketing, display, online video, or over-the-top (OTT)
  • Media planning capabilities
  • Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
  • Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $108,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
