Personal Banker Rover Northern Monmouth

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Associate Roving Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Roving Personal Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and support across various branch locations within a specific geography, ensuring seamless coverage and meeting customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive support to customers across multiple branch locations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging technology and digital solutions to enhance customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with bank products and services, ensuring accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and new surroundings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
