Position Details:

Role Responsibilities:
Oversee all activities related to managing supplier quality discrepancies on-site.

Your primary responsibility will be to address any product discrepancies identified from suppliers and implement corrective measures (such as ICA, PCA, etc.) to ensure that these issues are contained, assessed, and resolved. You will collaborate closely with Supplier Development Engineers to conduct root cause analysis and establish permanent corrective actions.

This position will also involve working in tandem with operations and inspection services to monitor Key Process Indicator performance and implement necessary improvements.

Developing and executing an Incoming Product Audit Strategy is a critical aspect of this role, along with ensuring compliance with quality management system procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure measurement tools for supplier products comply with MSA/GR&R standards.
- Analyze non-conformance data and maintain quality documentation, including Cost of Poor Quality metrics.

- Provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring follow-up on outstanding corrective actions.

- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to establish and apply best practices that prioritize defect prevention, minimize variation and waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.

Quality Management Expertise:

Significant experience with quality management methodologies and the ability to foster an environment that aligns with organizational quality objectives.

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 principles, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing is essential.

Attention to Detail:
Strong appreciation for accuracy and the ability to execute tasks with precision.

Collaboration Skills:

Proficient in collaborative techniques, capable of engaging constructively with diverse groups.


Adaptability:

Competent in navigating change and adapting to evolving environments.


Problem-Solving Skills:

Knowledgeable in problem-solving approaches and techniques, with the ability to apply these in various contexts.


Manufacturing Standards Knowledge:

Familiarity with organizational standards and policies related to manufacturing processes, with the ability to oversee compliance.

Extensive experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, with a structured approach to identifying and mitigating the causes of quality issues.
