Job Summary

Archway Physician Recruitment LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Virginia. As a Chief Facility Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading our team of physicians and hospital administration in providing high-quality patient care.

About the ED
Our 44,000 annual volume ED is a Level III Trauma center with 40 beds. We offer 10-hour shifts and a competitive hourly rate. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of medical conditions, developing and sustaining relationships with other physicians and hospital administration, and impacting clinical strategies and workflows that promote evidence-based medicine.

Our facility is located in Woodbridge, Virginia, just 20 miles south of Washington, D.C. You will have access to Interstate 95, two VRE commuter train stations, bus service, and a local "slug" system, making it easy to get around the area. The area also offers a wide range of recreational opportunities, including the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Veteran's Park, Leesylvania State Park, and Rippon Lodge, the oldest house in Prince William County.

Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be trained and boarded in Emergency Medicine. Prior leadership experience is required. You will be working with a team of 23 core physicians and 18 PRN physicians who are all cross-credentialed.
