Primary Care Physician Leader

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Primary Care Physician to join our rapidly expanding team at ChenMed. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, driving quality outcomes, and championing a positive culture of love, accountability, and passion.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients, who are seniors with complex health needs. You will be working closely with our care teams to provide comprehensive care, manage chronic conditions, and promote health and wellness. Your expertise and leadership skills will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission to honor seniors with affordable VIP care that delivers better health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Lead your care team, comprising care promoters, care facilitators, and care coordinators, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based medicine, clinical guidelines, and best practices in primary care.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and safety within your center and across the organization.
- Participate in risk and quality management programs, clinical meetings, and other initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty preferred.
- Current State Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
