The Clinical Supervisor, RN, Medical Oncology, Cancer Center, is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director/Manager to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
- Supervise nursing department associates and provide guidance and coaching as needed
- Participate in the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient and family services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in the State of New Mexico
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification or obtain within 6 months
- Current PALS/NRP if applicable to area
- 3 years relevant experience
The Clinical Supervisor, RN, Medical Oncology, Cancer Center, will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays. The ability to handle emergency situations and work irregular hours is essential.
Physical RequirementsThe successful candidate will be able to handle prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing, and have knowledge of and use good body mechanics.
