Clinical Supervisor RN Medical Oncology Cancer Center Full-Time

The Clinical Supervisor, RN, Medical Oncology, Cancer Center, is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director/Manager to oversee shift leadership and operations of the clinical department.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise nursing department associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of New Mexico.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Current ACLS Certification or obtain within 6 months.
- Current PALS/NRP if applicable to area.
- 3 years relevant experience.
This role requires the ability to work irregular hours, handle emergency situations, and be exposed to infectious diseases and x-rays.
Physical RequirementsThe Clinical Supervisor, RN, must be able to handle emergency situations, stand for prolonged periods, and have knowledge of and use good body mechanics.
