Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Origination: Meet with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and provide personalized loan solutions.
- Customer Service and Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Loan Processing and Underwriting: Review and process loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, closing, and funding departments, to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all loan transactions comply with Bank of Hope's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in mortgage lending.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in loan origination systems.
- Competitive Salary: $24.04 - $26.45 per hour, plus incentive opportunity.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
