The Medical Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone-in customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. This role involves demonstrating in-depth knowledge of medical products, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and enthusiastic customer service to customers in person and over the phone
  • Demonstrate expertise in medical products, including their placement, availability, price, and use
  • Efficiently assess customer needs and provide solutions
  • Educate customers on medical products and services
  • Process customer orders and accurately input orders into the computer
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Medical background experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of software applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-stress environment
