- Treatment Planning: Develop and manage treatment plans for patients, including preventive care and health maintenance.
- Communication: Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments.
- Collaboration: Work with other healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient care activities and treatment plans.
- Medical Qualifications: Board certification in Primary Care or Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

- Salary: $230K - $270K plus productivity bonus tied to performance and quality metrics.
