Requirements:- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.): A medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Residency Trained and Board Certified: Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with board certification or eligibility.
- Active Medical License: A valid, unrestricted medical license in Florida or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
