JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is collaborating with a reputable agricultural enterprise in search of a skilled Grain Operations Supervisor. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management and staff of multiple grain storage facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring facility operations comply with federal and state regulations
  • Managing all personnel at the location, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling
  • Maintaining production costs and ensuring product quality remains profitable
  • Overseeing inventory management and shortage/overrun programs
  • Utilizing the company’s accounting system and monitoring grain settlements
  • Preparing budgets and providing recommendations
  • Reviewing and ensuring adherence to grain grading standards
  • Implementing and managing the onsite safety program
