About the Role

Sodexo is seeking a seasoned Environmental Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our custodial team at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, and working closely with the Infectious Control department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client and patient satisfaction scores through effective management of the Unit Operating System
  • Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
  • Work closely with the Infectious Control department to ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols
  • Effectively manage the Unit Operating System and support a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Support a team of frontline employees, supervisors, and managers to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion
  • Experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction results in a healthcare environment
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Proficiency with computers and other technology
