Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. As a key member of our front-end services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashier: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cart and Janitorial: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move throughout the store as needed.
