Stockroom Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team at Lowe's. As a Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing, providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all products are properly stocked, rotated, and faced according to company standards.
• Follow procedures for price marking and restocking to ensure accuracy and quality protection.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control, notifying management of invoice errors and product shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Unload trucks, break down loads, and stock products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in the training and development of stocking teammates as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred.
• Pallet Jack Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

Works in a well-lit, well-ventilated area with occasional exposure to refrigerated storage areas and outdoor weather.

Physical Requirements:

Very hard work, exerting 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
