Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including physical exams, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders
