Position Overview:

We are looking for a financial professional who will play a key role in managing the financial health of Liona Enterprises Inc. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and a track record of success in working with small and mid-sized businesses, particularly in the IT integration sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, government contracts, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare for and coordinate financial audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience as a financial leader in a similar industry, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Familiarity with government contracts and regulations, especially in the IT integration sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
