Key Responsibilities:
In alignment with JYG's Talent Acquisition strategy, the Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Assessing candidates by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers and conducting interviews based on a consistent set of criteria.
- Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage job postings and communicate with hiring managers regarding candidate evaluations.
- Participating in site visits and maintaining ongoing professional relationships with team members.
- Engaging in industry-related Career Fairs as necessary.
- Creating job advertisements and screening resumes/applications.
- Initiating onboarding processes for new hires.
- Attracting, evaluating, and referring candidates for open positions through various sourcing methods.
- Ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of assigned positions.
- Promoting the Employer Brand to generate interest in job openings and build a talent pool.
- Following up on referrals and advocating for employee referral programs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficient in recruiting and interviewing techniques.
- Experienced with phone and online meeting platforms.
- Committed to supporting workplace diversity.
- Knowledgeable about relevant employment laws.
- Exhibiting professionalism, organizational skills, and project management capabilities with the ability to make quick decisions.
- A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in hiring for contracted positions within the Department of Defense.
- 2-4 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
